The MA-3 Medium Mushroom Anvil from Fretz is the perfect tool when the MA-4 is too dramatic and the MA-2 is too shallow. This heavy-duty anvil is designed to shape metal into domed shapes. You can also use the MA-3 as a mallet. Place sheet metal on a sandbag, hold the MA-3 by the tang, and strike the sheet metal until it forms a cupped shape. Fretz MA-Series anvils are made from 420 stainless steel with high polish working areas to prevent any accidental marring. Designed for use with Fretz H-101 and VH-101 Vise Holders (sold separately).
