Yes, our shoes can be returned, please kindly keep them as new in the original shoe box. ● Amazon says the package was delivered, but I did not receive it.
We request carriers to deliver packages directly to customers. However, some couriers may leave the package at your front door, in your mailbox, a parcel locker, or another reception area. Please check these locations, or please send us a message, and we will check the detail and respond, we will need a little time because of time zone difference, thank you.
● I ordered several pairs, but only received some of them.
